I design products end to end and build what I design.
I studied animation and digital art at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and took more programming electives than art ones, plus a lot of photography and film. That mix never left: I design with motion in mind and prototype in code.
I started as a UI/UX designer at Ryndem, a small studio, designing management software for pharmaceutical labs and restaurant wine cellars. At Softtek I designed Banorte’s developer portal for its open-banking APIs.
Then I spent four years inside Banorte, in its innovation lab and project office: researching emerging technology, presenting to executives and following projects in risk, branch onboarding and debit cards.
Since December 2024 I have designed at UiX, the design team for Banco Azteca. I took the payment button from proof of concept to production, and 20% of my role is formally dedicated to AI initiatives, including a hands-on AI workshop I ran for the design team.
